Theatre Colorado
We produce musical theatre productions in low-income schools in the Denver Metro area!
Bring theatre to your school with a school musical! Because it incorporates music, dance, movement and empathy, theatre is a great addition to a student's well-rounded education.
Our Process
- Auditions, followed by rehearsals two days a week. Every performers will not be called to every rehearsals. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be determined and sent out to all actors and their families.
- Tech week: The last week before the performance. Every performer must attend each rehearsal Monday to Thursday.
- Two Shows - Friday Night and Saturday Night

Support
Theatre Colorado will provide services to the school, but will require support from the administration such as:
- assisting in communicating expectations to students and parents
- supporting Theatre Colorado in instances involving student misconduct or behavioral issues.
The rehearsals and production will be done in the school theatre. Use of the theatre sound system and lighting system should be granted to Theatre Colorado.
